We want you to love your ILoveSamurai gear. Every item is made just for you. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please double-check size charts before ordering, as we can’t accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind. Please read our return policy carefully for further details.
Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We’ll work with our production partner (Printful) to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Customer Errors (Size, Color, or Change of Mind)

Each item is made to order, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
